Never give your Information away

Although I am one of those people who do not have a Myspace page or other pages that give out information; that does not mean I don’t know anything about it. First, I know you are not supposed to give out every little thing about you. Second, you are not supposed to invite friends to your page without knowing them. Finally, never use a fake Identity. All in all, never give your information away to just anybody.
First of all, never give out your information to someone you just met. There are a couple reasons way I say this and it is because not everyone is good for having all of your information. It’s bad enough that they have your name, age and what other little things you tell them to know where you live it is too much to tell people. What if one of the people on Myspace was a strange, unintelligent person and you were chatting with him/her, let’s just say it’s probably not going to work out as if you want it to. I have read an article that was something like this it was about a sex offender and how he used a different face other then his.
Second, you are not supposed to invite some one as your friend just because you saw their picture because a friend is someone you talk to and they talk back and you know something about them and they know something about you. That’s a friend and that is what you should do before you go inviting friends on your page.
Finally you should never USE FAKE IDENITY to get on Myspace. If you are only 10 or 11 and you want to make a page and you use a picture of your 16 year old cousin and you chatting with the 16 and 17 year old people that is a really bad thing. The danger of this is they can get into a lot of trouble and then other worse things can happen. Many kids think their grown up enough and so they do grown people things. That’s way if you are younger than 13 you should not go in teen chat rooms or websites. I believe they do not want to do this because they are getting themselves in a lot of trouble.
In conclusion, you should never ever give your information away to strangers just Like the old saying use to say, “Never talk to strangers” you should never do that and those are my reasons.

Letter to Goverment

July 25, 2007

Jennifer Granholm
3022 W. Blvd Cadillac Place, suite 14-150
Detroit, Michigan 48202

Dear Jennifer Granholm,

Although I am not a driver, I feel that gas prices in the state of Michigan are extremely high and it is ridiculous how much money the residents of Michigan have to pay for it. Also, a lot of car companies are coming out with new cars and trucks that cost a fortune just to fill up. All in all, the prices on gas should go down instead of keep coming up.

First, Gas prices are extremely high and it is ridiculous how much money the residents of Michigan have to pay. I have also noticed a pattern in gas prices that every holiday gas prices go up. The only reason I believe the gas prices are going up every holiday is because the people in charge of gas know a bunch of families travel and visit people around these times and that’s the only way they can get money. I think the government should step in and lower the price of gas. Gas is taking the prices up to a whole new level. For example, instead of $2 per gallon the gas is $4; why is this? I have actually seen people put 50, almost 60 dollars, in their car when they really should only have to put in 20 or 30. Gas stations have even started to make air cost .75; that’s not right. It seems like .75 is a lot of money for air and it use to cost .25, or even nothing. Gas stations are getting out of control; someone needs to put a stop to this.

Second, car companies are coming out with all of these new cars and trucks. Some of the new cars that go so fast they burn out $20 dollars just like that. Trucks and SUVs are becoming more popular and they cost a fortune to put gas in. I feel that the prices on gas should decrease instead of continue to increase.

In conclusion, gas prices should decrease instead of increase. For many reasons gas is making people not want to be on the roads any more. Also, prices of gas are way too high and they need to be brought down. I hope prices go down when it is time for me to start driving; I know they’re not so I am not even going to have my hopes up so soon it might get even higher.

Gas Prices

Gas Prices are way too high and I am sure everyone knows that. The state/government is bringing gas prices up way too high. In 1960, gas/fuel prices soared, and both Democrats and Republicans embraced the government intervention in the energy markets. “www.Highgasprices.com”. Perhaps the government needs to help out again. Gas is taking the prices up to a whole new level, for example, instead of $2 the gas is $4. If you ask me, I think it is because the state just wants all of our money. They know we are going to need gas some time or later, and to get it they raise the prices on gas. I have noticed a pattern and I don’t know if other people have, but every time a holiday comes up, the price of gas goes up. The only reason I believe they are doing this is because they know a bunch of families like to go to other states or to far away parks. I think the government should step in and lower the price of gas.
Gas stations have taken it so far that you now have to pay .75 or .50 cents just for air; what ever happen to .25 cents, or to it being free? I have personally seen Gas stations charging this amount for air, which is something that used to be, and should remain, free. Some people have to put $30 or $70 dollars in their truck and $25 to $50 in their car, which is ridiculous. The high prices are making people not want to drive on the road anymore.
It is not fair to the residents of Michigan to have to pay the amount of money on gas that they do. The government needs to lower gas prices. I remember when I was younger, gas was $1 and some cents almost $2. That was when everyone was happy about gas and had no complaints. I use to look up at the sign and it used to say regular $1.89 then the next one use to say $1.99 and then the last one use to say $2.09.
In conclusion, the prices of gas are way too high and they need to be brought down. I hope prices go down when it is time for me to start driving; I know they’re not so I am not even going to have my hopes up so soon.
